Delete Your Freezi Account

You can permanently delete your Freezi account directly from within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your Freezi account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

What happens after deletion?

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account
• Clients
• Works
• Payments
• Settings
• All other data associated with your account

This action cannot be undone.

Your account and associated data will be deleted after you confirm the deletion.

Certain information may be retained on a limited basis where required by law, for security or fraud-prevention purposes, or temporarily as part of routine backup and recovery systems.
